- Install TestFlight from the App Store if you don't have it.
- Open the invite link below and tap Accept.

A lightweight app for the regatta: search any athlete, see their races with a countdown, open the full lane draw, and star the people you're watching. 1.6 MB, light and dark mode, no sign-in.
Nationals only — this version does not show the Olympic Hopes. Use the website or the iPhone app for that.
It installs directly from us rather than Google Play (the Play listing is in the works), so Android will ask you to allow it — that's expected:
- Tap Download below — Chrome saves the file.
- Open the download and tap Install. If your phone asks, allow installs from Chrome (Settings appears right there — one switch).
- If Play Protect offers to scan an unknown app, let it — it passes, and you only see this once.
